WPA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Biochrom Ltd (itself part of the Harvard Bioscience group of companies) is a key manufacturer of scientific instrumentation for biotechnology, life science, industrial quality control, and environmental markets. The company specialises in the production of high quality, low cost instruments for everyday use in the laboratory and in the field.

WPA's product range encompasses colorimeters, photometers, spectrophotometers (both UV and visible), portable and bench top pH and conductivity meters including electrodes and accessories, dissolved oxygen meters, and turbidity meters. WPA also produces the Hydrocheck water analysis test kit system for major pollutants including COD.

The company had recently relocated to Biochrom's Head Quarters, Cambridge Science Park in the city of Cambridge, surrounded by the most prestigious Universities, high tech Biotechnology companies and many more distinguished organisations.
